Business Infrastructure of SEZ "Alabuga"

Creation of a modern business infrastructure is one of the priority areas of the development of the Special Economic Zone “Alabuga”.

The heart of the SEZ “Alabuga” is the administrative business center “Alabuga”. The building was put into operation in August, 2007, and provides A-class office space for the residents and other servicing organizations operating in the SEZ. With the total area of 10 200 square meters the area of each office room ranges from 20 to 60 square meters. Each office is provided with all necessary utilities and networks. Provision and management of these services is conducted by the managing company of the SEZ “Alabuga”.

To serve the needs of companies and individuals working in the SEZ “Alabuga” the administrative center “Alabuga” houses offices of branches of four federal and regional banks, insurance company office, customs brokerage firms, technical and maintenance servicing. A conference hall for 250 people, a restaurant, a canteen, a fitness center with sauna, negotiation rooms are also available for businessmen working in the SEZ “Alabuga”.
